I am currently living at waterfront apartments. I have been at Waterfront for year and half plus and resigned because I had no choice on a personal end. The new management team is very much like the old. They are very nice when they are trying to get you to sign the lease, but once they have you under contract all they care about is that you pay your monthly dues. I have sent in multiple service request for simple things such as TURNING ON the AC in the gym. Something so simply cannot be obtained. The gym is out dated with old benches that need replacing. Ive been told on serval occasions they are gonna replace the equipment, but yet again they do not know how to turn on the ac in there.Whenever they say they are gonna do something make sure you get it in writing otherwise it will not get done. For second week of June they only have 1 out of 2 pools open. The pool that is not open looks like it has been abandoned by the complex.The best part about these apartments is that it is a 10 min drive to I-70 for mountaineer enthusiast.Please read the fine print when signing.
