Dont waste your time putting in an application in this place !! You Will be sorry you ever did. The Azteca Apartments is nothing but a joke. The staff here are not very pleasent and they dont make you feel welcome to the building.The maintaining of this building is also a joke. The water is shut of at lease twice a month. Sometimes you dont have hot water for hours. The elevators are always broken for days or even months.The attitude of the staff is pretty much \" if you dont like it here...then move. \" The only thing management cares about is collecting rent otherwise the office doesnt want to hear about any complaints you have and dont really want to be bothered. more ... hide ...

I live at Amity Plaza. The apartment itself is better than many in the Denver area. This will not last long, though. There have been a series of incompetent managers for the last three years and SMHO does not seem to be changing its policies any time soon. They are allowing the building to have plumbing issues, an elevator that hasnt worked for 3 months now, the grounds are becoming weeds, there is no air conditioning in the units--and you have to pay to get a swamp cooler or ceiling fan installed. We had the incident alarm go off most of the weekend for the last 3 or so months and no one would come turn it off. You could hear it all over the first floor. We arent allowed to use the computer room or library still even though COVID has been lifted. Our washers on the 5th floor leak and the carpet near the laundry room is usually wet. more ... hide ...

traveled out of state to visit my son. There is parking marked for guest and you must register your vehicle every day ( which my son did) . Went to leave back home only to find they had my car towed. If you are going to visiting anyone at these apartments. Park across the street at Safeway. My car had been parked there for 2 days no problems.
