Ive been trying to put my 30 day notice in for 14 days now, I am PREGNANT and need to move out. They have been unresponsive to emails and 90% of the time calls get pushed to an automated system. It was fine when Arielle worked there and got responses quickly, I dont understand why they have no sense of urgency. Paying over $1500 for a one bedroom to look at peoples dumped furniture and it never being picked up is also another frustration. I pay $25 a month for Valet trash that Ive never used and another $10 a month for regular trash and things cant be taken away? Highly suggest that any future tenant should look elsewhere before deciding to live here...I do not have the time to keep calling and asking for required documents as I work long hours. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. more ... hide ...

Ive been here a year and I cant say enough about the Verona Team.Natasha and the office team have been on top of everything since day one, shes great about communication and has made us feel secure in our res idence through both the initial signing (cross country move in) and our renewal.The entire maintenance team is friendly and neighbourly and carry themselves as professionals around the complex. I wouldnt hesitate to ask for help or invite them in. The apartments are a little older but with all the recent renovations done Ive only had one legitimate maintenance issue which was addressed within an hour by James.Overall the Verona team creates a great community atmosphere and will do everything in there power to keep you satisfied and safe. more ... hide ...
