EDIT::So they knew about the drains not working which is why it flooded 4 weeks ago. They just redid the baseboards and replaced half of my roommates drywall about 3-4 days ago. They didnt even finish replacing the c arpet from the first flood yet. They didnt do anything about the drains and guess what it flooded again and this time worse. This time both rooms were pure puddles. I cant wait to move out. This has been absolutely horrificI would give 0 if possible. We have an apt thats below ground level and two drains on either side of our porch and patio. Each drain is plugged and it flooded our entire apt. They have a pump already in one drain from a previous back up. We have at least 1/2 inch of water throughout our whole place. But its not just this issue. We moved in 5 months ago and our majority of our move in issues have still not been fixed after calling and placing multiple maintenance requests. more ... hide ...

Slum apartments at luxury prices!I recently moved out of this dump after they raised the rent $200! When i asked why it was going up when nothing was updated, all they could tell me was it was market value! My patio door has been an issue since day one, and all they ever did was promise to replace it. It never happened! It was the original door from when they built the place! The door was hard to open, the screen never closed properly and it was extremely drafty! Winter sucked in that place! My heating bill was over $90 even when though i kept the heat at 64, and that wasnt by choice! My patio would flood after it rained b/c there were 2 down spouts right outside my gate. In the winter it was an ice rink for the same reason. They always promised they were working on it!Just recently moved out and wanted to be there for the walk thorough. Set a date and time and they never showed up. I was in my lunch hour and couldnt wait all day! And they rarely answer their phone or call back when you leave a message!Dont rent from them! more ... hide ...
