Unfortunately, the worst treatment I received from a person named Annette every day she says everything is fine and calls back and says no, she plays with us as if we were young. We are a family with children and need ac tion and she makes things that are not required in the first place and I am upset because no one feels what I feel and no one helps me I ask the senior manager to help me because this topic is repeated with everyone and there are comments complaining about this neglect. This is unfair and unfair!!!! WE NEED HELP FROM MANAGERS PLEASE more ... hide ...

Not a bad place so far. The people are nice and it is a quiet neighborhood. Walls are very thin, our upstairs neighbors are extremely loud, you can hear every step, every flush, etc.. You can hear full conversations they have above you. We just paid our first months rent and it is a $60 \"convenience fee\" to pay online as well as a $40 charge for the common areas on the property. We were not told any of this, read the lease all the way through. Our apartment was not exactly clean at move in, there was urine and fecal on the toilet seats. The floors, counters etc were not cleaned prior to move in. The fire place is nice and new but you have to light the pilot light everytime you want to use it. The kitchen offers little to no storage for food and dishes. The heater is extremely loud and sounds like an airplane the whole time it is running.Edited: I put up a privacy lattice that did not damage property and was told I would get a $50 fine if I didnt remove it. I live on the 1st floor with no privacy. On my balcony that they needed to inspect. I should be able to put up some kind of privacy from neighbors to actually utilize my patio especially with all the robberies and car theft in the parking lot. more ... hide ...

Do yourself a favor and do not rent from here. The management (and Greystar) is awful and they could care less about the well being of people that live here. I lived here 2 years and it continued to get worse and worse. First off, there are hidden fees and charges that are added to your rent every month so they make it seem cheap for the area but its really not. So overpriced. No in-unit laundry, and laundry facility is hot garbage. Only half of the machines ever worked and people were breaking in and stealing clothes regularly. The parking was fine until they required passes. Visitors cannot even park on the property or they will get towed. Not to mention there are no signs or indicators for visitors that they cant park on the property. People dont clean up after their pets and the property always grossed me out. Last but not least the monthly security deposit is basically worthless because they will send you a bill of charges after you move out. The pool is incredibly small and a lot of the time closed due to maintenance. One year they didnt even open the pool until mid-July. Pretty sad. The only positives of staying here was the location and the maintenance people. I am so happy to be finally out of here. more ... hide ...

I highly recommend this apartment. Amazing management both Brad and Ruth Butler make you feel welcome and help with anything you need.Perfect location. Affordable. Close to the resivor, hiking trails, Gas station, Super market and restaurants. Safe area. We had to move to town due to a personal family matter otherwise I would have definitely renewed my lease. more ... hide ...
