I didnt completely hate living here but it was certainly a trial. Im in the middle of my move out process. Ill update this post with what move out fees are like. Some places try to rob you, hopefully this isnt one.The go od:Quiet neighborhood, no sirens or fires. Residents keep to themselves but if you want to make friends, get a dog (tons of dogs in the neighborhood) or try the pool. The pool is a very popular hangout spot but not in an obnoxious way. Fun random events hosted by the front office. The bad:Maintenance is pretty good here, but everything is old and they can only do so much. My AC and heat went out several times; when they could fix it, they did, and when they couldnt they called for backup. The AC repair man told \"your unit is so old it should be euthanized\" and \"if you smashed it with a sledgehammer Id look the other way\" which is dark but it definitely gets the point across. It made me feel like my rent was going towards keeping the front office looking glamorous. The mail situation is ridiculous. The address is so long and the community layout is so complicated that many delivery people get lost (more so USPS than Amazon). When you check your mail, use whatever address the previous tenants used and not what the front office tells you. I used the address they gave me and my utility company said the address didnt exist. The ugly:Before you move in, be sure to ask if the unit youre getting is a handicap unit. They arent forthcoming about this information and you could end up with short cabinets and no vanity or standing shower in your bathroom. The rodents. You can see them scurrying through the grass and into the bushes on a nightly basis. I came home and found a dead mouse sprawled on my entry way floor less than a week after moving in, so yay! I guess the pest control is working. Theres a strange amount of dead rabbit bodies lying around; its creepy. Maintenance will retrieve the poor little guys if told about it, but dont be surprised if you and your dog happen upon a decaying bunny. more ... hide ...

Office staff are really nice and helpful. Maintenance is always very responsive. Grounds are kept neat and clean. Ive lived here for over 3 years. I didnt add 5 stars because the parking is complicated, too many vehicles , and sometimes I have to park very far from my apartment. Landscaping could be better if it was zeriscaped instead of grass. And I wish we had recycling. But overall this is a great community and the staff do a great job managing everything. more ... hide ...

This is perfect example I put this review down 7 months ago they contacted me and acted like they were going to help me and nothing happened again for at least the 4th time. The apartment before this isnt just once in a while type thing it happens all the time. I lived in another apartment for about 3 months no one cares. Pool has not been opened since I lived here January 2021. I understand stand its cold this time but it was supose to be open during a movie night they had in July. They cleaned it fill it up half way and kept it closed. Website Cleary shows it as a amenity. Plus good luck finding a parking spot. Ridiculous you have to park on the other side of the complex away from your apt. There is barley security. Mailboxes are broken into at least once twice a week this 2 months. Havent seen security in 3 weeks. The only reason that I would say to stay here is if you been denied EVERY WHERE. The only good workers are the lady and older guy who work maintenence. Basically they tell you they are working on things to get done. Ive been missing my closet doors since I switch apt Im may 2021. Measurement were taken at least 5 times. I signed a new lease couldnt afford to move right now because of school. This place is overpriced for what you have to deal with. Some days laundromat isnt open when it supose to. Really feels like the Tennats here are getting hustled. You would think everything would get fixed around here since they get funding from the state more ... hide ...
