I am so thankful Im not living here. When I originally applied (mortified I even did so!) I put down the $125 holding fee. As soon as I realized it would be a mistake to live here, I began calling asking for my refun d. After calling four times and leaving messages, someone finally got back to me and said that since Im a guest and not a resident, they didnt have clearance to refund my holding fee, despite them being able to see the transaction on their side. Frustrated, I asked when this would be resolved, and I was told by the end of the week. This didnt happen, and nobody called me back, so I went to their office in person today. Comically, as I arrived, there was a couple who lived there already complaining to the woman about how horrible the management is. When it was my turn, I was treated so horribly that I wished I filmed it. The woman was rude, condescending, and made no attempt at friendliness. She then proceeded to tell me that my refund would be MAILED to me within 30 days- not what I was told initially. I told her that since Ive lost trust in this business, I would be needing a phone call to update me when my refund is mailed. She responded with fine, well do our best to do that. Combining this experience with the reviews, the couple I witnessed complaining, the ugly exteriors of the apartments (lord knows what the inside looks like), I implore you NOT to live here. more ... hide ...

When we first moved in a year ago the owners were clearly trying very hard to make this place better. Now its all seriously gone downhill. The hallways smell again, theres been leaks, but by far the worst part is literal ly zero communication. You cant ever get a hold of these new people and they seem to be constantly doing something to the rent site so you have to pay in person. How are you supposed to do that when no one is ever here? Or wont even give you instructions on what to do over a phone besides giving you the same number you just called to call again. more ... hide ...

My wife and I just moved here in February so far we love it, its a very quiet complex which we enjoy and very close to base for work. The staff was very helpful during the process of moving in and paperwork. Ive seen lots of reviews about burglary which was nerve racking for us because we have a one year old but we havent experienced anything bad happen to us or our property. We feel very safe here. The apartment is very nice and comfortable for our living but I think we pay way to much in rent for appliances that could be a little more up to date for example the dishwasher. Other than that we have not had any problems and looking forward to renewing our lease next year! more ... hide ...
