if i could give this complex a 0 i would. horrible, borderline incompetent, unhelpful staff & absolutely disgusting units that are falling apart due to many years of maintenance putting bandaids on problems. cons tant if not weekly visits from fort myers police due to domestic issues that residents bring into the courtyards¦. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. $1700 a month for an 800 square ft apartment that is breaking at the seams!!water bills are upwards to $150 a month (NOT INCLUDING FPL) you pay a $16 trash service fee just to pay for monthly use of the dumpster (THAT YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR TRASH TO) and dont even get me started on the cockroaches, ants, and other critters that i have encountered in my unit.also dont let the tour fool you: the exterior of the units closest to the front office are well groomed and maintained. but if you go to the outlet apartments around back you will see just how they really maintain their units. even with new management, this complex is a freaking joke.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. more ... hide ...

Here from Pennsylvania visiting a family member in the hospital with terminal cancer. Nice place for the most part. Better than having to stay in a motel. Family rented at this location for the price and swimming pool. S wimming pool is closed due to maintenance but is cleaned every morning and looks beautiful, so not sure why its closed in this part of the community. We were told that we could use one of the other 3 pools on the premises. But why should we have to do that when theres one out our backdoor? For the most part its quiet, kids get a little rowdy but theyre kids being kids that dont have a real area to play in here like they should. Dishwasher doesnt work, which is fine, except for the handle on the faucet is messed up so you have to be careful with it so it doesnt come off. Bedrooms are a good size for sure. Was hoping to enjoy the area a bit more considering the reason we are here. Will ask the pool maintenance person when hes cleaning this morning why we cant use the pool though. Office person wasnt very nice or professional when informed of the issues so can definitely say to an extent they dont truly and completely care about the actual guests that stay here. Would recommend this place if in a pinch but not as a place to live for very long. more ... hide ...

Squirrels get into the attic through the soffit outside and live there. They do not address the problem regardless of how many service requests you put in. Ive lived in 2 different units on this property over the last 3 years and Ive always had to share my apartment with the squirrels. They run around, scratch and claw and keep you up all night, management does nothing to address it. When I moved from one apartment to another they charged me to replace the carpet due to pet urine, Ive never owned a pet while Ive lived here nor have I had a pet in my apartment. They didnt care to hear that, they just put whatever charge they deem necessary on your online account and text you saying you need to go online and pay it the same day. During the pandemic tenants saw lease renewals increase in the neighborhood of $600 p/ month. I would not recommend living here. more ... hide ...
