River Pines Apartments have absolutely the laziest Staff and maintenance crew that I have ever seen and I have been in commercial construction and maintenance over 40 years, and this is where I came to retire in these Ro ach infested apartments. A warning to all residents the firewall in your kitchen thats under the counter Where the sink isShould be closed with a Access panel to get to the Tub in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting building that is full of asbestos and causing health issues to the residents from all the renovations they are doing. They did not make repairs as agreed to with the residents for their units prior to the onset of renovations, even things for which the residents were charged.I find it absolutely mortifying that the owners of the building think it acceptable to make our elderly vulnerable to all the health issues they are at this time. I was assisting a friend and based on what I saw I would never allow anyone I know to live there - someone needs to do something about it. more ... hide ...

Absolutely awful. They tried to get me with the bait and switch. I applied for an apartment online, submitted all necessary documents, paid all the application and admin fees, and was welcomed home. 20 minut es after leaving the leasing agent he called me to tell me that the monthly rate on the apartment we spent the morning discussing was listed incorrectly on the website and that its actually going to be about $250 more than the paperwork I signed had stated. He then tried to make it seem as if that wasnt a big deal by telling me, the good news is that Im still approved and can move in on time. Yea right. They falsely advertise and then try to scam their customers. I was never funded for the $350 that I paid in my fees as promised and I plan to take it up with the BBB. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Awful. I wish I didnt have to give you any stars. more ... hide ...
