Maplecrest improved a lot during the time I lived there thanks to new management. The neighborhood is not the best but for the money its a great value. The apartments are really nice and they make sure each one is freshl y painted with new flooring before you move in. Its basically like moving into a brand new place. They also do free maintenance within a couple of days, as well as free pest control. Be aware that it is low-income housing. Most of the people are decent working folks who mind their own business but there are some people who live there who make it their lifes work to snoop, make false complaints and basically make other people miserable so be careful who you associate with. The neighborhood is quiet and chill with great amenities. The apartments are 18 years old but very well kept and updated. The people in the office are really sweet and welcoming. I met with Ana and she has one of the war mest, sweetest personalities that Ive ever encountered. She made me and my family feel comfortable and she was so helpful. The manager miss Aja is very pleasant. You can tell shes very knowledgeable about the property management business. Even though I did not income qualify, they were able to help me in figuring out how it was calculated on my paycheck stubs so that I would know for future references.
