This place is ridiculous. I thought old management was bad, the new team is worse. We have been under construction for over 3 years. The elevator barely works. Living on the 4th floor with no elevator is not fun. They renovated the inside with the worst contractors available. They dont even paint over the patched walls from change light fixtures or where they took out old counter tops. They just leave it badly painted over or not painted the same color. The manager will just yes you or be condescending when she talks to you. They are increasing rent like everywhere else by $500 or so. I had so much dust in my vent it was gross I cant change my own filters so you have to ask them to do it, but its locked in an outside storage with a rusted water heater. The parking is terrible. Forget having guest over. God for bid it rains, because the steps get wet. And the elevator doesnt work, so you have to take the stairs. I have slipped, so has my daughter and a friend. We have Senior Citizens on my floor and its highly dangerous for them to walk the stairs that are not coated and get slick from the rain because they dont direct the rain elsewhere, but on the stairs. The maintenance team is the only positive part of the team here. They are constantly busy but professional and caring. The location and pool is all the have going for this place. more ... hide ...

Absolute nightmare. Terrible housing. Awful price compared to other apartments in the area.Maintenance requests are useless. I waited 2 months for repairs on our washer and dryer. The washer was seized shut and ruined a lot of clothes. It took calling their corporate office to get it fixed.Electrical outlets looked like theyd been on fire. Most didnt work. Breakers were on but the outlets had no voltage.Dogs on a leash is not enforced. Our dog was attacked during a walk.Old landlord / management company was Terrible. New arent much better.The hot water heater had a leak and rusty water filled the room. 2 weeks to fixThe air unit had water in the filter housing creating a mold smell and wetness in the apartment. 2 months to fix.They lost my lease. A month to month. When I go to close and leave this nightmare - they claim I need to pay for a break and extra 2k for an annual lease. ((Unfortunately for them Im not ignorant and kept my copy)). They still tried to say I owed money. Keep all your receipts from their terrible website and app. They will try to rip you off.Gym gets shut down early when the staff doesnt feel like staying. Most of the equipment stays broken, despite the fact you pay for it and its reported to be broken.Go live in a box in an alleyway. Youll be happier. more ... hide ...

Worst apartments ever placed a maintenance order that dragged for 3 months Ac unit old which caused my light bill to be $500 a month always breaking and blowing out hot air. Bathrooms plumbing would back up every other m onth cant take a descent hot shower because the water would only stay hot for every bit of 5 minutes. Mold in the showers and roof of the bathroom. Kids room carpet felt wet due to mold I can go and on. Maintenance is terrible all they do is ride around on their carts buying drugs from the residence. Dont be fooled by the outside renovations its the inside where you have to live and be concerned for. Management also will skip over work orders if she feels some type of way towards you. more ... hide ...
