As far as pricing and quiet surroundings you will find that here . This complex is very unprofessional. My husband and I have been tenants here for a year . We have been late on rent 1 time out the year every other time weve paid rent a month in advance . On Wednesday my husband went to the leasing office to renew our lease ( he is a truck driver and is always away ) . They inform him that they have leased out apt for the following month and did not inform us nor send out documentation that our lease needs to be renewed. They informed us that day April 3 we had to be out of our apt on April 31st. Very unprofessional. Also our time being here my husband and I would come home off the road and lights would be on that we didnt leave on . Maintenance would go in our apt without our knowledge and wouldnt inform us that they had been there. They have even been though our things before. The maintenance man is very rude. When we first moved in they would come in the apt with out asking. They walked in one time and I wasnt even presentable for company. Over all experience here was un satisfying. The property management acts like the police going in your home without your knowledge more ... hide ...

I was a new applicant. I provided everything they requested and they had a lie every time I called to check on my application. Ron in the office lies sooo much. Dont believe a word he says and Sonya follows the leader. D o not trust this community. I dont know what would make an apartment community lie the way they do, but youve been warned. I never resided in this place, but I was just on Craigs Looking at apartments and saw these apartments. They are charging $300 for an \"admin fee?!?!?!?!\" Why are you charge admin fees and why is it so much?!?!?!?!

I lived here for 2 years. I really liked the previous property manager. She was strict but it kept the complex in good standing with the tenants (as far as I could tell). Management was changed about a year ago and the c omplex has changed. Ive been made aware of some drug dealings/dealers that were moved in. I had to walk through some \"exchanges\" several times in the parking lot to get to and from my front door. It was very challenging to contact management and corporate. I learned the property manager has to split his time between this complex and another complex so it creates a challenge to have face to face or even phone to phone communication. I notified management I would be moving and did not receive any acknowledgement or paperwork regarding the move-out protocol leaving me to have to assume how things were to be done based off my previous experience managing an apartment complex. I finally got in touch with management after a month had passed and scheduled a walk through/move out inspection that did not happen. After a very messy and complicated move-out process with some not-so-nice conversations between management and I, the manager did make it right and took responsibility for not only for what happened under his watch but also what happened while under previous management. That was very much appreciated. I really enjoyed my physical apartment, the layout, and the spaciousness. Had the quality of safety not been compromised, I would have continued to stay for another renewed year. more ... hide ...
