Service submissions:1. Heat/useable stove top2. Toilet still wont flush (bedroom, both did not flush the first weekend. Took 2 weeks to get the other bathroom working)3. Disposal installation (was never installed, co nstant clogs even though no food was placed in there)4. Cabinet in kitchen replacement (fell off hinges when opened)5. Sprayer in kitchen still sticking and wont turn off 80 % of the time. I dont even care anymore6. Hall toilet lid is half off. We tried to screw it back right as its an easy fix but it seems it is stripped. (Fixed)7. Outlet in end hall guest bedroom when walk in on right wall does not work. No clue why. Maybe all the outlets should be tested to make sure they are all working and you all dont need to keep coming out. This is 3 sets of outlets that do not/did not work. This was fixed8. If the front door is not locked immediately any wind blows it open. Our cat was lost for a week. I forgot to lock it.. (fixed)9. No heating element in the apartment (said our nest installer took it. He never came in with tools. It was never there. Not working since day one, not fixed)10. Shower will only bring very hot water until its left close to shut off so We can take a non scalding shower11. For almost 2 weeks we have had no power to half of our apartment. I was told to rent a hotel as Insurance covers it. Yeah but we cannot afford out of pocket.If we had these complaints a few months in I get it. This is in 3 weeks time. We are stuck here so we have another year to go. Also the pool is out of commission until 2013. Dont we pay extra for the use of that commodity? Yet still charged for.Im disappointed we were moved into an apartment that was not move in ready.I will say everyone is super nice but not exactly speed in getting issues fixed. I made the mistake of thinking the pool worked when I signed. Theres a hole that needed to be plugged but they decided to remodel it all. Its my only exercise I can do since my spinal surgery.The price is too high for the out of date, broken down apartments. I moved into an apetymrnt that had writing All over the floors and walls of our front door.I dont doubt they are inundated with requests as Im sure every apartment has similar issues.
