Just drove by to see the location and the building. Exterior seem very clean and tidy up. Dont know about interior. Little too far from where I want to be. I dont think I can drive after sundown. Absolutely no stre et lights on the road. Could be out right dangerous when in rainy or snowy weather. more ... hide ...

Go somewhere else. This apartment isnt so bad, but its in the middle of the hood and crime is HIGH in the area. Cars are constantly getting broken into, shots are fired often and theres always stolen vehicles in the pa rking lot. Parts of it are Section 8, so youre getting what you pay for. The walls are paper thin all around, Im pretty sure maintenance just gave up doing anything inside the apartments, Ive never seen the pool open, the dog park gate is always broken and the trash areas are always a mess. Cars are always blaring music and sirens are always going off due to the crime and nearby hospital. The apartments arent air tight so you can feel the breeze come through and bugs fill the kitchen area. Oh and lets not forget that the apartment gives discounts to people that give it a 5 star review. The neighbors are nice, thats about it though. more ... hide ...

This place only care about receiving your rent payment every month. I have been here 3 years the noise that goes on in the apartment above me is outrageous. The noise goes on from morning to morning very loud noises. I h ate it here. Have a security office here on the property but they just here to collect a check they do not do anything. The rent is too high to be paying for disrespect all day and night. If you call the leasing office the voicemail says loud disturbance call security officer that never respond or check on the problem but if you speak with leasing office manager she tell you to call the police. Make it make sense. I ask the neighbors nicely to please try to keep the noise down and they called the police for knocking on their door. Had a meeting with leasing office and they ask that we dont call police call security office they are so confused at that leasing office. I hate it here. more ... hide ...
