The place is really small for the price.you can get a apt next to it for 35$ cheaper a month on the one bedroom. And for 5$ more a month you can get a two bedroom townhouse just outside the apt. The manager will do one t hing for some tenets but tell others that she cant do that. Charges rent different depending on who you are. You play hell trying to get in contact with her if you need stuff done. She will not return calls. Raised my rent with out no 30 days. Other tenets that are disabled she refused to do anything to help with there limitations. There are drug dealers on property and she turns her head because there friends. The criminal aspects that gos on in there is terrific. She has offered to lie as a note for me for a price. They shut the water off with out informing anyone. There are people that live there that come in at all hours of the night with there radios up to the point it shakes the widows. You say something to management she tells you shes going to do something and nothing happens. And if you say something to them they start yelling at you and telling you that they pay there rent here to, there aloud to act that way and make as mocha noise as they want. And tell you to tell Jill (management). If you park in the wrong spot you car WILL get keyed. 4 people living in a one bedroom. Dirty pampers outside peoples door. Ive seen people fighting in the parking lot. Its really trashy there. They do keep it clean thats why I thought it was a nice apartment community but it is getto. Do not move there till a lot of changes have been made if ever. more ... hide ...

Very great crew of staff the maintenance keep the complex clean The awesome assistant manger she does a job well done and make sure things is handle with decent order. Also, the crew ask question and work on trying resol ve the issue thats at hang I been at the peaks 5 years with that been said this has been by far the most upbringing of this order of the resident Jobe well down Shimira more ... hide ...

Ive been here for a short while. The apartment itself is nice. However, when addressing an issue more than once through the portal and through email of leasing agents, it still goes unnoticed. No acknowledgment or an ything. The valet trash crew CONSTANTLY tosses my trash can lid across the hall after picking it up. The pool is not opened and no one can explain why its not. What are we paying these high fees for? Cool. So when I end up becoming irritated by the trash valet crew being careless and confronting whoever is doing this, it would make me look like the crazy one, right? FIX IT. Its not that hard or confusing. We all have jobs to do. more ... hide ...

I dont even know where to start, but lets just say this was one of the most ghetto customer service experiences ever. The woman that answered the phone clearly had no tolerance for questions, and was speaking condescend ing towards me. I wouldnt become a resident at this location if someone paid the rent for me. Seriously, beyond ghetto and unprofessional experience. Dont say you werent warned folks, be prepared or knowledgeable in ghetto customer service 101. more ... hide ...
