At least the people who live here have a roof over their heads...unfortunately that includes bed bugs and roaches! I visited a couple of times and the residents arms and legs were scabs from being bitten by the bed bugs ! How can this be allowed to happen? The place is not even a year old, having been demolished, then rebuilt...certainly there are things that can be done to rid these tiny apartments of these insects...otherwise someone will end up in a hospital, sick from these bites! There are grills with locks on them! Are people living there not supposed to try to enjoy their lives? Come on, have a heart....do the right thing and CARE for them...dont punish them. more ... hide ...

Soooooo... I had to do another review... on Monday my A/C went out... I put in a work order and Mr. Gomez came on Tuesday, checked it out and had to order some parts. Wednesday at 12noon... my A/C is all fixed up!! Mr. G omez is always on top of the maintenance! Also, in May I signed my renewal... this property was a lil shabby at first but since Ive been here, the management has really stepped everything up. Neighbors are decent, no safety concerns, I legit have no complaints. more ... hide ...

Ive lived here since June 2020, and I will say the customer service, property management team and overall satisfaction living here has declined. The attentiveness to detail, availability to help tenants and provide resou rces to tenants has completely diminished. When David and Tracey worked at Birch Run, they would provide resources, were attentive, and even gave out free thanksgiving turkeys during thanksgiving and food boxes for families in need. Also, handed our rental assistance packets at the leasing office when COVID hit and it was an increase in people losing their jobs, sick or in a financial dilemma. About two other property management teams have took over since then, and I would say theyre not as personable and customer service oriented as they should be. If I could rate this place itll be a 6/10. The pool has never been open since Ive lived here, the fitness gym is only opened during business hours which is now 9:00-5:00pm, and thats not accommodating to working individuals. I will say the area I live in is quiet, but this place doesnt offer munch of any amenities or have any events or days to cater to the residents. The apartments are spacious but I have been having a rollercoaster battle with my a/c since day1. Overall, its a place to live, but if youre looking for amenities, luxury and an attentive staff this isnt the place for you. more ... hide ...
