RUN!!!!! Do not live here!!! The property is being ran by idiots!!!! The left hand dosent know what the right hand is doing. They continue to chase after me when Im doing what is expected of me as a resident. I continue to receive these lovely little notes in my door stating my account has a balance of $12 for charges, when in actuality they received the check from 2 MONTHS AGO AND THE CHECK CLEARED!!! And they also threaten my residency if the \"charges\" arent taken care of. This has happened on numerous occasions. To make matters worse Im in the process of dealing with a leaky roof (which this isnt the first time I have had issues with the roof leaking). So they chase me down for chages that dont exist but cant even maintain the upkeep of the property. This is beyond ridiculous!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! more ... hide ...

First off, you are lucky if you get someone to answer the phone during business hours. I was able to speak with Ms. Sage regarding a available apartment. After speaking with her several times and discussing the requireme nts. I lastly went over his income (because it is income based) and she stated that he was eligible. He did the application, took in the $50 application fee and $150 for administrative fee. A day later she told him that he was over income based and did not meet the income requirement. I reviewed their package and seen their income base and he is not over their income base. This is why I spoke her to cover all bases. And still she came lied to him about his denial. more ... hide ...

These are very poorly run senior living apartments, in which they sometimes allow younger residents (under 50) to live, its drug-infested, and its not secure at all; Ive never seen police come there and PM is too cheap t o hire a security guard. Property Management is incompetent, disrespectful, do not care about the residents wellbeing and safety, and clearly there for a paycheck. DO NOT allow your older loved ones to stay here by any means. more ... hide ...
