They will move you into a unit with nothing working! My sick and elderly grandmother was moved into a unit where the stove and sink did not work. My grandmother is a dialysis patient Who needs a constant diet but cannot even eat in her own home due to this. How can she prepare food with no oven, and its been almost 2 months. The sink constantly floods and when we reported it to maintenance they came and yelled at us about how it wasnt that serious and we was interrupting their home time. Its sad how they treat their residents especially their elderly people who they move in ADA suites, dont have them if you are not going to be supporters of the elderly. They also lie they say that they will come and fix, putting work orders in back to back but do nothing. We are looking to get the Social Security administration and Rights for elderly people association involved for these living conditions. more ... hide ...

My 5 stars Goes to the maintenance man. Since I have been staying out here in Oct 2019. It was a drag just to get ANYBODY TO DO ANYBODY. Our Maintenance Mr.Donny is AWESOME. He does what he is supposed to do. He is a ON CALL maintenance person i can say. I HIGHLY recommend him as the TOP maintenance person. Unlike others he IS NOT lazy.
