I just placed a call to village of college park. Which number that is listed in google is not correct and isnt in service.After looking the name up on Facebook to see if I find it, I did.That was the first thing that did nt leave a good taste in my mouth from a business point of view being that they do not have a website and also have not updated google with a working number.I had to really search for it.To add onto everything after I called, a young woman answered and tone was very unsettling.She kept talking fast as if she didnt want to answer any of my general questions about the property, being that I am apartment searching. Also the tone in her voice was very rude and unprofessional..To a manager or higher up.I did not get her name, but she should not be working for your establishment. She is very unwelcoming and unprofessional. That kind of unprofessionalism can and will drive any potential customers away. more ... hide ...
