This place looks nice on the outside, and seemed like a good place to move to, but once you move in you experience the excessive amount of cockroaches, ants, and spiders. The community has upgrades but they werent do ne on a professional level, causing things to be loose, not fixed, patched wrong and not worth the money you pay in rent. Neighbors are loud and dont respect the fact that you share walls/ceilings/floors with other people. When we tried to fix this on our own and with the park staff, and the solution was to call the police. I found that to be ridiculous that the apartment complex couldnt fix or attempt to fix these issues themselves. Overall we stayed for our 1 year lease and we were very happy to leave when it was up.. more ... hide ...

Ive submitted emails with photo and video attachments regarding raccoons in the ceilings of my apartment. Its been the entire span of my lease that management has failed to resolve the issue. I submitted numerous service requests for management to resolve the issue with rodents in my ceiling and the service request was then closed and coded as \"work completed\" when they failed to provide a plan to resolve the issue. I spoke face to face with the manager and they said there was nothing that they could do due to lack of resources or experts to resolve the issue. more ... hide ...

Im In the process of looking for a new apartment. this place is a complete scam! They took my boyfriends money a $250 application and administration fee. he turned in all the necessary documents along with the money owed . The apartments then called our landlord and told her he was denied. They didnt even call him or even any of his references. They kept His money with no explication on why he was denied . We have called and went up to the office multiple times to ask why he was denied no one can give an answer. It seeming like someone just pocketed the money and is just saying they denied him because every time we ask for corporate or a higher ups number no one will give us any information. They defiantly have some scammers in there office save your money do not move or even apply here more ... hide ...
