Please Please Please dont come to these apartments. I know a lot of people dont look at reviews and some do and Im asking for you to please read the reviews and dont come to these apartments. They only ha ve one dumpster, they dont believe in answering phones, they have different temporary people work at the leasing office all the time, never consistent, dont take anything seriously, they dont have the corporate information or a manager for the tenants to talk to, roach/bug problem on the property, laid back when things that are bad happening on the property and not very helpful at all. Its a safety issue as well regarding things not being fix that could cause the apartment to get fine and actions is being taking at this time with my attorney getting involved. I absolutely love Walton Oaks. I stayed out here in 2016 and had to break my lease unexpectedly then I returned last year and just resigned my lease for another year. The complex is very well kept, grass always cut and b eautiful trees and flowers. The apartments are up to date and have a good amount of space in them plus I love the hard wood floors. Ive had zero issues with pests or roaches being n my apartment. Ive never had pest control spray my apartment since Ive been here. Maintenance is always on top of their jobs and quick to fix any issues. I havent had any issues with the office staff when contacting them, all seem professional and nice, but I do miss Jennifer of course the old manager. Walton Oaks is the go too if your looking for an affordable apartment thats beautiful, not to mention I dont have the best credit but both times I was approved ¤¤ more ... hide ...
