If you can afford to live ANYWHERE else, I urge you to explore your options. Your current situation might not be so bad. I lived here for almost 3 years. It was during a pandemic and moving wasnt ideal for me. I kill ed on average 2-3 spiders every single day and let me say THEY ARE NOT AFRAID OF YOU. Spiders were the biggest pest for me. Ive had people mention roaches for sure. There are voids underneath the fireplaces where all kinds of things breed and grow. Expect cockroaches every time it rains. My neighbors were the worst when it comes to cleanliness. They consistently left trash and old diapers outside our doors. (Pictured) Leasing never addressed any complaints over nearly 3 years of me complaining. Neighbor across my balcony had their SECOND STORY BACK DOOR BROKEN INTO (also pictured). Constant shooting every single night. Hearing gunshots daily. And I lived near the front where it was more quiet. My Ring alerts went off constantly. And thats only the stuff being reported to Ring (Pictured) PLEASE do not move here. Two buildings burned down in July (in the news, just google) near mine and they put a fence around and neglected the area. Still up a year later. Children get dropped off in front of it daily and walk through. I have seen a ***snake***. This place should be condemned. On several occasions (at least 3) The water would run brown for a day at a time with NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMMUNITY. (Pictured) They rented me (I rented) an apt where someone could rip the lock off from outside if they wanted to. (Pictured) I could go on forever. Just dont do it. more ... hide ...
