My wife lived here for a few years and moved out in 2021. Valet trash was rarely picked up consistently. We ended up having to file a complaint with Roswell Code Enforcement in 2020 because every time it rained, it flood ed the apartment. Serious code violation and they made excuses instead of fixing it. They moved her into that apartment knowing it wasnt ready/had that issue as they replaced the flooring by the window.Thankfully, once code enforcement got involved, the issue was addressed.Avoid if you can. This is a quaint little apartment complex for the mentally challenged. The price is based on the clients income. The apartments are fully furnished with amenities including laundry room on site, Central heating and a ir, wheelchair accessible, free trash pickup, free water, and transportation. Each apartment is one bedroom with a small kitchen, living room, and bathroom. This is a perfect place for someone who is looking to be more independent without much supervision. There is quite an extensive waiting list to move in, so its pretty hard to get in here because most of the clients love being on their own and love this environment!!! more ... hide ...

Removing my stars again due to negligence by IRT company and staff. I was charged $225 and could not get my renewal amount in enough time to make a decision on wether or not I could move or resign my lease . That additio nal amount was never added to my portal and the leasing agent still took my money only to call me back and say she had to return it . The manager only came out on the 3rd time I went to the office to get this rectified . Completely bad business no empathy from the staff and has left a sour taste in my mouth . No response yet from them. She told me they where a lot of hands on the Situation but no one did there job to charge me on my portal/ ledger but could still charge me based of an email..
