I think its sad that the rent is so expensive , claiming that we are paying for quality and amenities that Ive been yet to use . I was told I wouldnt be able to use the gym until the gate was fixed , however I see an updated promotion from 6 days ago , that the jaspers are promoting their lovely gym in this neighborhood I have yet been able to use . Also Ive seen people in the pool on different occasions , which we were told we would be notified when the pool is open . Ive reached out via our app and also i have reached out by email and havent received a contact back . So is the pool open or not ? My kids are great kids and I thought that I was bringing them somewhere theyd be able to enjoy their summer . This absolutely sucks . Their afraid to go outside because of other children saying mean things to them . This does not feel like home and I definitely would not renew . more ... hide ...

From the beginning Mrs Charlene was real and very nice! She understood my frustration with another apartment and made a great first impression. Then I worked with Ms Morgan and she again was very nice. What sealed it for me I met one of the residents and again another awesome encounter. I hope my stay here is just as good as my experience with the office and there residents. Should have came years ago if this would be the opener! Thanks guys! more ... hide ...
