They are not what they appear to be. Ive had 2 refrigerators go bad on me. It took 3 months of complaining just to get a new one. Meanwhile Ive lost hundreds of dollars on food because I had no where to store it. I have pictures of food that Ive had to throw away because of this. I have 4 children and Ive asked for some type of refund and the management tells me that renters insurance should cover it. Very sad because they have one maintenance guy who cant work on all those apartments alone (not possible). Which is why it took so long for my and my family to get our refrigerators. They are blaming me! Upset and very unsatisfied tenant!!!!! Help!! more ... hide ...
