They took forever to even start on my application and once the application process was over they denied me and tell me that my $200 admission fee was refundable it has been almost a month and I have not received my money back Ive been calling and emailing Miss Sonia and she has stopped replying to any of my messages. I have also called a one 800 number that she gave me and they told me they dont handle anything dealing with money only the screening so not only did she lie she avoided trying to give me my money back this is very unacceptable I wouldnt recommend doing business with them they dont communicate properly and overall its just a bad experience. more ... hide ...

Best apartments ever. Great community and the apartment manager, Marilyn is awesome. She really cares about the tenants on a business and personal level. I really feel like she makes these apartments great. Nothing bette r than a manager who actually listens to what you have to say. Seriously, its affordable and safe.
