i had to relocate to Augusta due to my job. I was very skeptical since i was unable to lay eyes on the apartment before paying fees and signing paperwork.I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and my leasing agent Mega n was absolutely such a help. She made sure everything went so smoothly through my whole move in. She was honest in letting me know they were older and everything she described was just as I found when I arrived. The apartments are older but you cannot beat the price and how big they are. When I arrived on my move in day, I was greeted by the staff and we did my walk through and I got my keys. Couldnt be happier with how smooth they made this experience. I will recommend them to anyone in search of a great price with lots of space and friendly staff. more ... hide ...

The application process could be better. The assistant property manager will tell you one thing when asking questions, but the paperwork says something different. When asking questions for clarity so you dont waste money on unnecessary fees, theyll tell you anything just to get your money, but then turn around and say something different after youve paid fees. They will then say half of it is nonrefundable. If you can avoid this place, you should. There seems to be a scam operation going on. Im still waiting on my other half of fees to bet returned to me. They had no problem taking my money quickly, yet theyre taking theyre time issuing me a refund. Do not let the supposed professionalism fool you... these people are shady and only out for money. My girlfriend and I moved to District at Duluth this past weekend. I just want to thanks Anthony for all that he has done over the past 2 months. If it wasnt for him we wouldnt have been able to move in. He even had our move in date changed to better accommodate us!As far as the apartment complex goes, this is the most luxurious apartment complex I have toured. 24hr clubhouse, 24hr gym. Awesome pool with grills and a fire pit. Just overall a great environment. Ive noticed that this complex is very quiet, and that is something that we love. I recommend trying to get one of the bottom floor units with the \"Vaulted Ceilings\" it really makes the unit feel much bigger.When you call ask for Anthony, he will get you right!! more ... hide ...

At the entrance, crept myrtle trees are in the divider with beautiful 50+yr old magnolia trees on either side of the drive with more trees and plants throughout the complex. You see the basketball court. Speed bumps to p rotect our children playing and laughing. Picnic tables and grills for our enjoyment. Large common areas to enjoy that are maintained very well by management. Our apartments are spacious. Each apt. has their own area for flowers and plants. Large breezeways where neighbors visit others. Neighbors celebrate the good times and offer helping hands during the bad times. It is safe to do laundry by the office at three in the morning.The management team has positive friendly attitudes. They work with the residents to keep our apartments and complex clean and safe. One of the best complexes in Augusta. This is home, not just a place to live. more ... hide ...
