This is far the best Apartment homes on this side of Riverdale. Ebryth, the manager makes sure apartments homes are kept up, grounds are clean. You may here some noise from time to time, it is because they are constantly improving the grounds. These places are the most affordable in Riverdale. If you are relocating from out of state this apt home is the most affordable place to be until you know where you may want to live. About 20 min from downtown Atlanta, and near express way. The pool is never open!! If you want to use it stay near the door. Its a rare moment to watch the gate open. The children are not allowed to play outside without an adult supervising. Even your grown ones. no battery pow ered toys are permitted. The children may ride a bike or scooter in a designated square. No playing with chalk. Nothing besides two chairs.. and a table are to be on your porch. No being too loud at the pool when its open because you will ruin it for everyone. . My parked car gets scratched and dented at least twice a week from careless drivers.you never see the community out and about LIVING. EVERYONE IS DOOMED TO A STRICT STAY INSIDE TO YOUR SELF AND DONT COME WITH PROBLEMS ORA. There is a ever pouring pond behind the door first unit . . And the exercise room is strictly for looks! more ... hide ...
