The only thing nice about this place is the size of the apartment. Its dangerous out here. Shooting every week, rats, holes under each sink, gangs, all kinds of reason why my kids cant and wont go outside.

Well before I moved here it looked well run and organized and a place that I could finally call home. When I was approved and was allowed to view the property and the unit where Id be living I noticed that the unit above me had two huge Pitbulls on their balcony. When I asked the leasing agent about it who joined me for the tour she said she would look into it. Her response was that they were service animals. The community manger echoed her response although these pitbulls did not have the usual service animal equipment that you see when theyre with their owners. Well one day one of them lunged at while being walked and the owner had to do everything in his power to pull him back. Another day one of the dogs literally jumped up on me while in the custody of the owner while I was putting my key in the door to enter my apartment. When I reported it I never got a response even though I reported it to the cooperate headquarters being that management took the first concern lightly. The reason I moved to Ridenour in the first place was because at my previous address I had the same problem except that this dog was running up on me aggressively growling and barking and the owner was always present but could never get the dog to listen to him. Management there did nothing either.I am an older person so I have concerns with covid. They have a lot going on over here that can expose you. What I mean is that they have projects going on which are meant to be good but at the same time put the entire property at risk. Theyre currently in the process of installing google fiber here meaning that you have techs coming into your apartment not knowing if they will keep their masks on especially if youre not there. There is a project coming up for renovation and that requires moving us into units here on the property until your unit is completed. AS you move out of the relocated unit, someone will be moving in after you while they wait for their unit to be completed. Other than that, it really is a beautiful looking community. Maintenance is really good except for the fact that I came home one day and found one of them not wearing his mask while performing maintenance in my apartment. Havent had much trouble with noise except for when the dogs were upstairs over me and I think they have moved. But the complex seems to look the other way when it comes the matter of putbulls. more ... hide ...
