I have lived here since October 2014. It is a small community and very friendly. Maintainence concerns are addressed quickly. It is generally a very quiet area. I really enjoy living here.

Id give them zero stars if possible. Absolute worst place Ive ever lived. Had Rats for over two months and they did nothing. Didnt have smoke detectors for two months. No working HVAC unit still and Ive b een here four months. Only time maintenance shows up is if you put rent in escrow and involve lawyers. Oh and they only seem to have trash removed once every 2-3 weeks so it piles up outside the dumpsters and is absolutely disgusting. Never in my life have I seen a place managed so poorly. Make sure you document every conversation, every issueeverything! more ... hide ...

Rats, Rats and more rats, spiders, all types of bugs Ive never seen before all over the house, all the dropping/poop from all are in the closets, on the kitchen counters, in the cabinets. I been contacting the offic e on several occasions for months now and nothing has been done to fix the issue only bringing more rat traps after catching 7 just only in my home not including the entire complex. They are not fixing the issues. They dont care that the rats, bugs and other animals has taken over my home but expecting me to pay rent. Im getting bitten by whatever is flying around in here because they dont ever simply spray for that issue. Im at a point now where I have to go and see a doctor cause Im so frighten living in this place, my nerves has gotten bad. Other neighbor has reported rats and roaches problem.
