Look like very nice apartments, but I couldnt even get ahold of them for a tour. I tried to call and inquire, but never got a call or email back. I called multiple times over multiple days and left a message. I even trie d to drop by the leasing office during business hours and it was closed. Overall, not impressed with their customer service which is very unfortunate because I really wanted to check more into this place. more ... hide ...

This place is really nice and well maintained. Interior is also really nice and plenty of space and you have options of getting a garage and/or storage unit if one is available. My only major complaint is the process of trying to get one. If one is not available you get put on a waitlist which is fine and understandable. And when your name finally comes up you will get a call and can set up an appointment to view and/or get applied. Well apparently if someone randomly walks in before your appointment comes up and decides they want it and puts the required deposit down they get it without even having been on the waitlist or anything. I dont find that to be right or fair since its not like everyone can drop whatever theyre doing to go fill out the application and put down a deposit just so no one off the streets comes and gets it. What is the point of the waitlist then? I feel this policy should be edited and/or least explained to anyone that does inquire about these and gets put on the waitlist! This clearly was not very well explained to my grandmother who had been put on the waitlist and waited 4 months to finally get a call and made an appt for couple days later just to be called the day of the appointment that somebody came in and already rented it out by a random walk in!! more ... hide ...

I would not recommend this place at all. The Manager here is always talking down to you. I am usually one for second chances and sometimes even third chances. But this place I gave up on. Nothing in the apartments work. My fire alarms go off every time i cook a meal. No, not because i burned it. I mean EVERY TIME. The one thing that is good at this place is that the Maintenance here and the secretary will bend over backwards to help you out. Just normal people. But since i lived here nothing goes right. My dishwasher does not wash dishes the garbage disposal doesnt work, my oven takes 25 min to heat to 325 degrees. Yes it is on the cheaper side but you do get what you pay for and it is not worth the aggravation. When i call maintenance, they are honest with you and tell you that its so old that all they can do is patch it up for a little bit. But the Company themselves does not want to pay for newer equipment. I do recommend for whoever is looking for a place to look somewhere else because the way the manager treats the tenants here is absolutely ridiculous and the actual management company should look into it. more ... hide ...
