It is an apartment complex. They do have a map and readable addresses on buildings which is far to rare. They could improve by adding address plaques that show which apartment numbers are on each side of the building.

They will charge you no matter whatBefore I moved out I had made a few calls to the leasing office about touching up the walls, putting back doors that had been taken off, and their response for me was to not worry about it. I should leave the closet doors off because it helped with cleaning the carpet (which they said they might even replace) and that I didnt need to touch up the walls, they would do that when they cleaned. I also asked for a can of paint (which they are legally obligated to give) to touch up the walls but still I was told it was fine and that I didnt need to do anything. Once I moved out I received a letter saying that I owed them money for, you guessed it, RE-INSTALL ALL CLOSET DOOR HARDWARE and REPAIR TO WALL DAMAGE @ 8 LOCATIONS. I had even asked for an email before I moved out regarding these issues confirming that there would not be a fee (which I never received btw). So if you really want to live here, just know this is the only way they can make money is by cheating you out of it. I hope to not return to this complex in the future, and hope nobody ever has to go back there. more ... hide ...

Lived here for about 2 years. Frequently had problems with the neighbor that escalated into neighbor screaming that he would kill me if given the chance, which were recorded. Told this to the staff that worked there who suggested we just \"work it out\". When moving out on orders with the military they tried to scam me into paying out the entirety of my lease (a remaining 4 or something months) until I pulled up the legalese documents of orders transfer and lawyers, to which the whole thing was dropped. Overall would probably give a 0 out of 100 if possible. The room was passable, the location was alright, power went out at least once or twice a month but thats my story hope it helps more ... hide ...

These apartments are nice Apartments you will find when you first move in on on you own and there are people who are not nice just like anyone else the landlord cant do anything about anything when I mean they mean is th e one of the wheels is that parents are supposed to watch their kids while theyre playing on there is only a few adults doing that more ... hide ...
