Their driver just left my home after \"loading\" the truck with the donated items I put on the driveway. A good many of the boxes are marked \"fragile\" or \"glass\" to indicate to be careful with these boxes. I do not know why I bothered. I also do not know why I didnt just take everything to the landfill after watching this young man literally throw all the boxes into the back of the truck. I was so upset at seeing this that I did open the door and told him that there are a lot of breakable items in the boxes. He did not acknowledge me other than to keep doing what he was doing and reply, \"yep\".I am just sick at seeing how this was handled. Despite the fact that I no long want or need these things, I took care in packing the boxes carefully, because I feel they still have value, and I do care about them and donate them in hopes they will be needed or wanted by someone else.I will never donate to The Arc again! more ... hide ...

Most unprofessional management. The manager Robert is probably the worst person Ive ever dealt with. This company will lie to you by telling you one thing one day and changing everything the next. I wouldnt recom mend renting from them. Its a bad investment. Theyll make up random fees when you move out and surprise you more than 20 days later with a bill. Would not recommend whatsoever. more ... hide ...

I lived here for 7 years. This apartment complex is horrible. All 3 managers i had refused to do basic things. In 2019 my kitchen ceiling collapsed and it took 6 months for someone to repair it! It was caused by a water leak from back in 2016 that was never fixed. By the way there are squirrels in the attic. Been there all these years. Management wont do anything. Parking is a joke!!! Assigned parking was finally implemented in 2019 but it doesnt matter. Management wont do anything about it if someone parks in your spot. So now we get to the neighbors. They are lound. Day in and day out. They openly break the lease by parking in the wong spots, blasting music past the time it states in the lease, littering all over the property, having his guests antagonize residents. The past and current management has been notified countless time as well as law enforcement (who tells us its up to management to solve). Nothing gets done. They keep on breaking the rules. There is WAY more that ive experienced in my 7 years living there. So much that it would take forever to write. This is a slumlord property. AVOID! Your ceiling might cave in on you from poor maintenance. I hope the state gets involved and takes some authority. This place needs it. more ... hide ...
