Recently moved here , its family friendly the neighbors are all so nice. Management is really great and helpful Ive only met with Mellissa but she has helped me tremendously . My apartment is amazing everything w orks great very clean when I moved in. Everyone is so helpful here . Really nice park people are cautious of kids at play. I am really happy with this place. So much storage space. My apartment is very spacious so glad to call this my home. Thanks North Creek more ... hide ...

The first thing to bear in mind is that I live minimalistically; I dont have furniture other than a bed, a desk, and a chair - the living room was essentially storage space. Im also almost never indoors all day either be ing at work or exploring the forests. If this is your lifestyle, this review may be more applicable towards you.Ive thoroughly enjoyed living here for the last three years. I did wind up leaving solely with the desire to be in a different physical environment. The apartments were incredibly well-insulated on the third and first floor - both heat and sound; as soon as you closed the windows, you no longer heard the drunken neighbors screaming down the echo chamber that is Royal Blvd at 2 am.Accessibility to everywhere downtown is easy, the foothills are just a 30-minute walk away, the park is right next to you if the foothills arent your thing but you still want to be outside.Management was quick and efficient to respond to my requests, along with patient and accomodating when I didnt understand something.The only concern I had was parking, which others can attest to, and the property management has heard of a million times. I didnt have a car my first year, and so I didnt quite realize how tight the uncovered spots were, even for smaller cars, until later. I was fortunate that one parking spot neighbor moved out, the spot wasnt taken later on, and we were able to have extra room along our line of parking. On the other hand, you become incredibly aware of your vehicles dimensions due to this. more ... hide ...

Our heater had not been working for over a month, mind you this was during the winter time. After reaching out multiple times, maintenance refused to fix it or call a professional and told us to go buy space heaters. We were also told to stop calling them about it because \"it is not an emergency and 40-50 degrees is perfectly livable.\" There were many more problems with the apartments that also did not get resolved, but this one takes the cake. Both the landlord and maintenance man dont care about the tenants issues/problems and only care about leeching off of your hard-earned money for their paycheck. -15/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND more ... hide ...
