We have really liked living here. Management is great. Place is clean. Maintenance is quick to respond. Paperwork isnt the funnest thing in the world but for the amount of money we save doing it its totally worth it. If you never want to hear your neighbors then your best bet is buying a house with several acres of land surrounding it. The noise level here is very mild compared to a lot of my friends who live in other places in Moscow. Apologetically, we are probably the noisiest of all our neighbors...trust me, we would love the kid to be quiet too. more ... hide ...

My wife and I have lived here for 6 years and have loved it. Kristy (landlord) is absolutely amazing. She takes pride in her rental buildings and escpecially her landscaping. Snow removal, grass cutting, you name it is a lways top notch. She does however have a no BS tolerance for drugs, smoking in apartments, problem tenants that dont pay their rent, or trash her apartments. Rightfully so since she is in the rental business. The few maintenance requests weve had have always been promptly taken care of. Great place to live, and you wont find the same quality for a cheaper price.
