They shred their applications after 120 days, so when my mom called about the waiting list she had told us our application was already shredded. When my mother had asked how we get on the list, she told us again theyre s hredded after 120 days. I had taken the phone to redirect towards a different question, and she told me the same exact thing. When I asked if we could get another application since ours was shredded, she told us to find another place to live because were not welcome there. Single mom with 3 kids with no home, how nice to treat them. more ... hide ...

Staff very nice but issues with drugs and trash from neighbors unacceptable. I did NOT feel safe at that apartment. Ended up having to break lease and had to pay for breaking lease. Left apartment very clean but am fig hting for our refund. more ... hide ...
