I have been trying to get ahold of someone to try and get my waiting list information changed to a 2bedroom, not a 3 bedroom. I was ignored as well as my emails blocked. I FINALLY reached someone in another office that h as riverstone places phone, and was the rudest person i have ever spoke to. Hung up on me, then put me on hold 3 times after asking a simple question of how much a 2br was. The management and repair speed is a joke. Their 2 bedrooms are now the price of their 3 bedrooms last year. No fkin thanks. Ill spend that much o a brand new apartment with washer and dryer in the unit. Go elsewhere people. more ... hide ...

The lady is the office is really nice and helpful but what they are asking for apartments that have no washer dryer hookups and very old school heating and cooling system this system use lots if electricity to function i n the units they are asking too much per month rent 1290.00 in this case I think it be better too just rent a newer build apartment at a different location more ... hide ...

I worked with the staff at Towne Square to move my elderly mom in from out of state. What could have been a stressful experience was instead a breeze! Their staff worked like a well-oiled machine to make sure we could schedule her move ahead of time, ensured her apartment was ready, and made her feel so welcomed. The management team and the maintenance team were so attentive and made her feel welcomed and cared about, which is unusual these days. I appreciated their attention to detail and timeliness. The best part was knowing we could leave a message with any one of them and the whole team would see to it she was taken care of. Dream Team! more ... hide ...
