Only 90 Days Allowed In A Year For Visitations. It Feels More Like A Prison Than A Actual Place For Living. And Also Be Prepared For A Very Nosey Landlord Named Paige To Put \"Notes\" On Your Door. I saw a pretty nasty review for this place so I figured I would counteract that inaccurate 1 star review. I love living here and I am even encouraging my sister to do so as well. In my opinion, this place deserves 5 star s. The office staff couldnt be more friendly and helpful. I havent walked away from there once without having whatever I needed resolved and laughing with everyone. Every maintenance request I have had has been dealt with the same day unless I asked them to come on a specific day.Im single with no kids and I even notice how family friendly the neighborhood is especially during the summer. I let my niece walk down to the park alone which was never the case anywhere else I have lived. I talk to my neighbors and wave to the maintenance men every time I see them. Im pretty big on minding my own business and leaving people alone so this is a very uncommon thing for me to do. It is also dog friendly and they have multiple doggy bag stations. The only thing that would make it better is if there was a dog park.The owner is actually a pretty chill and reasonable dude. He met with me in-person about an issue and I didnt even request that meeting. Good luck finding another landlord who will do that with you. Plus, the updates to property and the units show he is financially invested in making this place better for his tenants. That cannot be said for a lot of property owners.So, between the price, vibe of the area and quality of the staff you cant beat living here. more ... hide ...

My father-in-law Natalino Comarella passed away 08/27/18. That night his apt was broken into by a woman that called herself his friend. She took family heirlooms, cameras, guns, knives, jewelry, gold and silver coins and many other things. The crime has been report to the police. Her name is Leta Franciso and her boyfriends name is Gene Williams. After my father in law passed, the management changed the locks. We were not allowed to have the key but some how, later that night she was given the key by the apt building manager. She had the key all night to come and go as she pleased. He lived at the Residents at Washington St. Leta Francisco lives there too. If you or any of your loved ones live there, please keep close eye on them to make sure they are not being taken advantage of. This woman claims shes a friend to them and steals from them! BEWARE!!!Evidently she ( Leta Francisco) and her co conspirators thinks her 3 year friendship with my father in law entitled her to steal all his belongings!!! Never mind that my husband has been his son for 49 years!! You think 3 years of friendship......you know a person and are entitled more than a son of 49 years? This was his father!!!! His parent!! They shared a life before you came into it!!! If you were friends...like you say you are....why didnt you take something personal to remember him by like the cross over his bed? Instead you took all the gold and silver and guns....and small things you could hide while snuggling them out!!!! Whats the comparison? ¡¤¬¡ She, the manager and everyone else involved better get their story together. I hope youre all reading this! The law is coming for all of you! more ... hide ...
