My frustration and concerns are to many to list! The hardest thing is finding someone that will actually listen, help and do anything about it. They have led us in circles and just plain lied to our faces multiple times . I cant even find someone to move her. If anyone can help us we would be grateful. We are are like I said, frustrated. Me and my family have been living here since around 2019. It was alright, until we started having issues with our toilet. The maintence came, and it took them almost a MONTH to fix it. Another issue that has been continu ing to happen is our fridge. It has been leaking water all over ever since our first month of living here, and they havent done anything to fix it. One major issue is early in the summer of 2021, we had a literal MOUSE crawling behind our couch. We could hear it chewing through a plastic bag, squeking, and everything. The only thing that maintence did was give us traps. Luckily, we got rid of it but still. We shouldnt have to be worrying about these kinds of things, especially with me and my sister being kids. If we could move, we would, but we cant afford to so this is the best well be able to get. more ... hide ...
