This apartment complex is the worst. Management is even worse. it was the worst experience since day one . They go thru new property managers every couple months , maintenance LAZY AND DONT WANT TO WORK! These building s need to be condemned. ALL OF THEM are dirty and infested , and they one of the highway security deposits I ever paid !!!! To live in sh!t !! I will definitely be suing this company more ... hide ...

Its very upsetting when it is advertised to incoming renters about having different amenities, including two saltwater pools, and its not swimmable to the current people that live here. Brickyard advertises these ameniti es, but if someone speaks up with an issue, they say we dont pay amenity rent, only rent for our living space. We all know when people look for apartments they look for certain amenities, such as a pool, and places that dont have them have cheaper rent. Sometimes its not open on time, but will open at noon or later. If that is the case, I thought it would be to clean the pools but its not. Every time I have come to swim I have had to skim the pool. There are leaves and debris surrounding the pool where you walk. The pool table is broke and you get 6 lounge chairs for the hundreds of residents. Please do better. more ... hide ...
