If I could give you guys ZERO stars JUST for your customer service skills ALONE, I would. I called just to ask about your apartment waiting list and received NOTHING but attitude. And the really sad part is that I was sp eaking to the apartment manager, according to the lady on the phone. I understand she was frustrated with not being able to hear me as well but being that I work in customer service myself, I KNOW there are better ways to handle situations like that as opposed to continuously trying to hang up on someone and getting an attitude. For that reason alone, I am no longer interested in moving into YOUR apartments. Or any other facility ran by people with manners like yours. more ... hide ...

Colonial Village apartments are by far amazing! The staff is very nice and attentive to both needs and concerns. Katie the service cordinator is such a caring and exceptionally devoted woman! Matthew in the office is alw ays smiling and willing to help in any way, maintenance is friendly and respectful and always fix things right the first time and never do a hold ya over job!
