It was alright living there. Same as any other apartment, the neighbors can make or break the experience. (Pro apartment hunting tip: its no cost to knock on the door and say hello to your potential neighbors before you move in) On the whole it was clean and bug free. A little dated on the appliances and the coin operated washer/dryer in the basement is a big con. Nice as a low-budget apartment for college students. more ... hide ...

My husband lived here for a year, and when he moved he didnt get his security deposit back. He bugged them for weeks, calling everyday. They finally told him he would get 685$. They cut him a check, then took it back. Th ey did this too him TWICE!! And now from my understanding the water is shut off there because of an outstanding bill. Now I know why they couldnt afford too pay him his money back. I would advise everyone too live somewhere else, this place is the worst complex I have ever seen. 0 stars more ... hide ...
