Ive had no problems at all with what others have complained about. As a matter of fact, Ive found the management to be understanding and helpful. Not too many complexes will allow you to paint. When friends first come to visit, theyre stunned that mine is some other color than white. Management simply asks that you submit a swatch for approval and that when you leave, you return it to original. Once painted and appointed, these are great flats, the newest in town.Dont cheat yourself by listening too much to negative reviews. When upset, people find the time write reviews in order to strike out. If you took a survey within our neighborhood, youd find a 4.5 out 5 star rating, coming from people who have lived here (or plan to) a long, long time. more ... hide ...

We have wonderful office/property management. They are attentive and very cooperative to residents needs and in maintaining a peaceful, clean and safe environment. I love the new renovations. I have lived in Orchard Pla ce for 23 yrs, (1998) raised children here. Lincoln Elementary School is just across Cook Rd., Shawnee Middle is next to the complex and Northrop High School is within walking distance. All good schools. Grocery stores close.
