The staff that work here in the office as well as maintain the grounds are the sweetest! They make you feel like you are moving into thier great big wonderful family! And Phil the maintenance man has the kindest heart an d helps even with the little things like changing a battery because I cant stand on chairs without getting dizzy! All around I have lived in several other apartment complexes and I have never been treated like I was some one special and not just another rent check! The very special lady in the office makes you feel like you are one of her family! It is a great blessing to live in such a special place! more ... hide ...

They very rarely answer the phones or return calls. We finally got a hold of them and they told us they had some open units in the size we needed, but wouldnt take applications unless they were dropped off in person.A fe w days later, tried calling the office a couple more times before going in to drop the app off that I printed from their website, but no answer once again. So my family and I drove 5 hours only to be told immediately that they didnt have any available units any time soon.Edit for the reply: The denial was based on nothing. I did not even submit an application before they said no. Unless seeing me in a t-shirt, pants and a jacket is proof of income. I walked in, said I wanted to apply, then they said they had nothing. more ... hide ...
