I am writing this after 2 months of being consistently ignored. I was going to file a report with the better business bureau but could not find the complex listed under accredited or non accredited. My dishwasher broke a few days before new years eve, I have been very patient with the office for getting this fixed because I know it was the holidays and everyone is having staffing issues but this is ridiculous now. No one has told me if the part for it has even been ordered! Ive called over a dozen times in the past couple months and every person tells me they will call me back with an answer and they never do. This is by far the nastiest apartment I have ever lived in. Do yourself a favor and dont rent from them. Ive had a slew of problems since moving in but being ignored for months on end has to take the cake! This place is a joke! They switched out apartments 3 days before move in, they switched us to a bigger apartment but I still pay over $900 for a tiny 1 bedroom, and they stuck us at the very back of the complex that seems to be where all the loud people are. The a/c (window unit because thats all they have) was covered in mold inside and out which the maintenance man admitted to but all I got was some mold and mildew cleaner sprayed on it. Seriously, I ignored all the bad reviews to save money on an apartment and would not recommend! When we originally signed our lease we rented the senna and were supposed to stay at that rate. Right now that apartment goes for 799 max and I pay $920 a month, even if I was paying. Im in a primrose but was getting the senna deal because of how bad they screwed us over at move in time and even if I rented that apartment today full price I would be paying less that I am right now. The manager Gwen is very rude and unprofessional! My in-laws have been without hot water for almost a week. Not once were they offered any form of hotel or temporary housing. Hot water is a necessity in the middle of win ter. When I called to try and speak to Gwen about reimbursement for a ONE night hotel stay, because my father in law had to prep for major surgery and needed to take a shower, her reply was \"no because we never told them to go to a hotel\" I then asked what she expected them to do without hot water for a week? She became loud, rude and refused to talk to me. I have left a voicemail and email with the Corporate office and will take further action if needed. According to the KS Housing Authority, Landlords are required to provide access to hot water at all times. I could understand needing to order a part in order to fix the water heater, but just leaving your tenants to figure it out in the meantime is uncaring and unprofessional. more ... hide ...

This is one of the best of the best. Well managed facility with great amenities! The staff is very attentive and helpful. The food is excellent! My mother moved here in June 2019. We have nothing but good things to say. The apartments are all 1 bedroom and very nice with ample storage. This place is worth looking at if you are searching for a 65 and older place. There is not a high turnover of staff which is very unusual for this type of facility. Everyone is friendly helpful including the happy residents. This speaks volumes. Lied about renovations poor tenant service continued threats about evictions mold inside and outside of building property management yelling at residents early in the morning demanding residents to leave their apartments and leave their doors unlocked to accommodate construction workers and anyone else who wants access to your personal property.
