I HAVE FAMILY THAT LIVE AT 3044 AT GATEWAY 2 APTS. WHOEVER BUILT THEM APARTMENTS DID A FANTASTIC JOB, IT LOOKS LIKE A HOTEL. I WISH THERE WERE MORE APARTMENTS. Ive been in my unit for 10 years Ive seen several managers come and go Ive told each one about the mold that is all through this unit and neither one has not done anything about it yet I be replaced several b eds and furniture. Maintenance is below standards, the units need to be rehabilitated and torn down and rebuilt. They are quick to send you to court for being a day 3 days late however very slow to make repairs if any there are repairs that should have been done when my kids were in school just so you know my children are now 24 and 20 and repairs have not been made yet. I would not let a dog live here. Its sad they receive federal funding yet the living is below substandard. When HUD comes to do inspections maybe they should actually speak to the tenants to really find out what is wrong with these buildings very disgusted and fed up. more ... hide ...
