Ive worked with the Hillside staff and management as a vendor for some time and have found them to be some of the most personable, professional and attentive people that Ive worked with. As the owner of a moving company, I am often called upon to assist with resident transfer and relocation when there are issues with a particular unit. Beneka Flowers, the property manager, has always been patient and respectful of my time as a small business owner. That said, her primary concern has always been the comfort and satisfaction of her residents. Her insistence on being present and available for every move (even though it isnt necessary) demonstrates a level of personal investment and accountability that I rarely see in my line of work. I would highly recommend this property. I have had nothing but good experiences and pleasant interactions with staff and management as a vendor. And from what Ive witnessed, this attitude extends to the residents as well. 5 stars. more ... hide ...

Great price for a good location! Across the street from the metro is more than ideal for people that need to commute into the city often. Looking forward to using the pool this summer. Gym could be a little bit more upda ted (No squat rack or bench, would love to see both of those and a stair climber). Front desk workers are incredibly nice! Stephen is always looking forward to seeing the dogs when they come inside. Some apartments have carpeting which i could live without. Cleaning staff is amazing as well. Would love to have had better /more organized communication throughout the application process. So far its a nice place to live. more ... hide ...
