DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ARE DAMN NEAR HOMELESS AND IN DESPERATE NEED OF AN APARTMENT. First off the neighborhood as you can imagine is the worse. I dont know how many people have been shot at or killed i n the almost 6 months that i have been here but its no place to live with children. The tenants are mostly young from ages 21-30 or at least the ones who are in my building which i believe was an absolute set up! They are loud, smoke weed in the hallways, sell drugs from the buildings and i wouldnt even put it past them if they have sex in the laundry room after a certain hour. I applied for this dump last year in december. Since then they have continued to have vacancies and looking for people to rent to. Well i hope this review reaches the right people and i hope no one rents from them. Their maintenance people are a joke. Our air has been broken for over 2 weeks and no one has fixed it yet and the fact that its damn near 100 degrees is of no concern to them but they sent a portable unit to someone elses apartment. To me i feel they show favoritism and are the most unprofessional people i have ever seen in my life. I just came from living in a house with a slumlord and i would give him 3 stars before i rate this dump 2. I hope that i am saving someone from the headaches that i am going through and hopefully ill be able to move next year and make a damned better decision than this one! more ... hide ...

The management and service here are awful. My mother was out of air conditioning for weeks. After I noticed several units has window units, I went to see the manager who offered her a window unit. Only after I showed up in person (I had been calling, emailing and making service calls for weeks). These poor residents are held hostage by their poor maintenance. Even now my mother has had a leak running like a faucet for three days and they have not fixed it. Dont go there, its awful, dirty and falling apart. There is no support from any government agency and I wrote the CEO of WinnResidential and obviously that did nothing either. What a shame that Marylands Tax Credit program failed these seniors. Governor Hogan should be embarrassed by this outfit. more ... hide ...
