2023-03-28T20:00:03ZI phoned today to ask about taking a tour. Charisse (I think that was the name) told me I ought to come right away as they were soon to close for the day. I left work early and hurried over. When I got there, the receptionist informed me there were n I phoned today to ask about taking a tour. Charisse (I think that was the name) told me I ought to come right away as they were soon to close for the day. I left work early and hurried over. When I got there, the receptionist informed me there were no apartments available to view. I looked for Charisse and was informed she was in another building and not accessible. I was then told I would have to fill out an interest card and return to inspect the facility later. I left feeling let down. When I returned to my car I phoned the main number and spoke with Charisse. Charisse said she was inside the building and that there were no apartments available. (The receptionist had obviously lied to me.) I asked Charisse why she had me come for a tour that wasn't accessible and she (in a patronizing way) said I could have a look at the first floor facilities. They wasted my time and lied to me. I quickly knew the people who managed this facility were so unprofessional that I wouldn't allow a parent to live there. Also, for your information, this building is situated behind a noisy middle school. There is limited outdoor space because it is situated behind the school. The facility is not very inviting.
