We will be moving in less than 3 days and I must admit I have never been more excited to get out of a home more than this one. We have the worst neighbors in the world and nothing has been done about them, the husband b eats on his wife and the entire neighborhood hears them and has reported them to the office several times and he blames us for it. He threatens us and we have called the police, and he acts fine when they come. We have had black mold in the unit along with other units and were removed from the unit for 2 months, just to come home to find out that there was still black mold in the unit and we were told that it wasnt black mold. The previous manager was great, but the new one is horrible!!! She is rude and arrogant and doesnt care about the tenants and will lye to make herself look good!!! Her boss is the same way, all they care about is the money. We still have mold in the house and cannot stay here because of getting sick, so we have to break the lease and we will not be getting our security deposit back because of THEM!!!! I would advise anyone to not move in here, its supposed to help people, you just get ripped off and end up in a worse situation!!!!! more ... hide ...

I love my apartment,the location,staff,and the convenience to many stores and businesses!The building is always clean and welcoming, maintenance is very reliable and prompt,and the staff are very friendly,and professiona l, Id recommend this place in a heartbeat,moving here was the best thing I couldve done....no regrets! more ... hide ...
